Molly Williams, MSW, ACSW

Molly Williams is a psychotherapist, consultant, speaker, and writer who brings a wealth of clinical expertise in helping neurodivergent individuals to LA Mindworks. After years in Arizona's pediatric behavioral field, Molly earned her clinical social work degree from USC followed by advanced training at Children's Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA) in neurodevelopmental disabilities. At CHLA, she worked with a multidisciplinary team to identify effective support solutions for children with developmental differences including autism and ADHD.

Molly applies her clinical expertise to her educational cases, excelling at crafting sensitive, nuanced learner profiles and treatment plans tailored to her clients’ unique strengths and needs. Drawing from her own challenges as a twice-exceptional child, she approaches her cases with the empathy of lived experience, infusing her sessions with warmth, patience, and humor. She can help children, adolescents, adults, and familes with a broad range of challenges tied to academics and career advancement. Molly helps clients develop a strategic approach to executive functioning, reading, and writing, always with an eye toward building an independent, confident future.

Beyond her clinical and educational work, Molly has provided neurodiversity consultancy and speaking services to a range of prestigious institutions, including CHLA-UCEDD, CHLA-Adolescent Medicine, CHLA Pediatric Residency Program, USC Suzanne Dworak-Peck School of Social Work, USC Chan School of Occupational Therapy, and the University of Bristol (UK). She has also provided counseling services to adolescent residential treatment centers and school districts across Los Angeles County.
